OLW: 2 - Two

One Little Word is celebrating two years, so the word this time is of course TWO. Congratulations girls, the words and layouts you do are always breathtaking!

I immediately knew what to do with that word, it is just perfect! My daughter turns two next month, so I wanted to make a minialbum with some of the highlights from these two years, from the moment she was born up until now. Important to keep memories and smaller moments in time. It was a much bigger project than I thought, but so much fun to make, and it turned out something like this.. (click on the images to see them larger)

Here are some of the pages inside the album. These are just a few of them, some I find too personal to share, and a couple aren't quite finished yet.

I hope you like it! I already love it of course, since it's just packed full of my darling, little cutie *lol*

Thanks for a great word and so much inspiration, OLW DT!:)

Word Up #46

I've made a layout for OLW challenge this week, the word is SEE.

I've actually used some techniques Dina is teaching us in AJ 102 - which I still love!:) The big white flower is a hair thingie I bought on sale and the orange ones are a prima lollipop I took apart. Papers are Basic grey. I've also used glimmer mist and paint to stamp with. There's hand writing around the darkest paper, some of it hidden, I don't know if you can see it.

I hope you like it!:)

I was really happy today when I noticed that my layout was picked as one of the favorites on the One little word blog, it's in the slide show. Yay!:)

I got this card from Kristine today, together with some gorgeous flowers and embellies, thanks so much!!;)

Two layouts

I finally had som time to scrap last night, loved it!:) The first layout here I've had in my head for a while, so it was good to finally get it done. A simple layout, but I' happy with it. I've taken one picture of Emilie from each month in 2008 and made a picture collage with them. Behind the zipper I made a pocket, and in it I put tags that describes the development of Emilie from a baby to a little girl. She learned to walk, say her own name (her language is really good), eating all alone. Stuff like that.

I've also made a layout for One Little Word. I've never done that before, but it's fun trying new things. I loved Gudruns word, a fresh start. But like it says on the layout, my hopes and dreams are all the same... ;)

A little close up, this is actually my hand writing:) Used quite a bit of time to get it neet.

I wish you all a wonderful week! Thank you for visiting my blog:)
